Obsession with “DOING”

Many are so obsessed with doing things. “Always have to be doing something or else time is wasted.” And when nothing is “going on”, many feel such dissatisfaction, incompleteness, like they’re missing out in action or that nothing is going for them, as if they’re not carrying out their “purpose”. All of this feels so exhausting.

Reasons why people are obsessed with doing:

  1. They don’t know themselves yet

  2. They’re identifying with what they do which leads to the first point above

  3. They don’t know themselves

We are here to just “BE” and not to “DO”.

We are here to be happy.

We are here be our most authentic selves

We are here to breathe

We are here to be one with nature

We are here to be one with all that is

The “doing” comes naturally when we know ourselves. It’s not “doing” because you’re just “being”. It won’t feel stressful. It won’t feel forced. It won’t feel prideful. It will feel authentic. It will feel relaxed. It’s humble. It just IS.

Relax into your true selves. Give yourself a break. Take time to breathe, to just be, and to live in the moment. You, yourself, is already enough.

If there’s anything you need to do, that’s to LOVE yourself fully, wholly, intimately.

LOVE.

Be you.
